1. Financial Advisor & Trainer (Project Based)
We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Advisor for a project-based engagement with our clients in Afghanistan. You will diagnose financial planning challenges, design sophisticated Excel-based models and reporting systems, and guide senior management in adopting them. Your expertise will directly improve financial visibility and strategic decision-making for organizations operating in the local market.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting, preferably with exposure to the Afghan or regional market.
Excel proficiency: Expert-level skill in MS Excel for complex financial modeling (three-statement models, sensitivity analysis, macros, and scenario managers).
Project management: Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on scope and on time in the Afghan context.
Regulatory knowledge: Strong understanding of Da Afghanistan Bank regulations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
Communication skills: Excellent ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and deliver effective training in Dari, Pashto, or English as required.

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Solutions Specialist & Trainer for a project-based engagement with our clients in Afghanistan. You will design and build advanced Excel-based tools, automate reporting processes, and deliver hands-on training to finance teams. Your work will enhance efficiency and data accuracy for organizations operating in the local market.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in roles focused on Excel-based solutions, financial modeling, or data analysis, preferably with exposure to the Afghan or regional market.
Excel mastery: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros, and VBA programming. Ability to build professional-grade tools from scratch.
Training ability: Proven experience delivering effective Excel training to diverse audiences. Patience and clarity in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical skills to diagnose workflow challenges and design practical, scalable solutions.
Communication skills: Excellent ability to work with clients and deliver training in Dari, Pashto, or English as required.
